Machine wont start. Starter solenoid yellow wire has 12V when trying to start. The problem I am finding is the purple wire is reading 2 ohms, I pull the purple wire off the solenoid. Use a jumper from ground to where the purple wire was.... and it starts!!!! Any one else have a ground issue like this Thanks in advance for the help

Sounds like a failed chassis ground.
