Hi All.

Wondering if anyone has tried the Whiskey Bent Metal Works larger diameter exhaust tips for these 800's.

They state that it keeps the exhaust heat lower while retaining a spark arrestor and a larger diameter tip (1-1/2" or 2") providing a throatier sound.

Do you think re-programming or a programmer would be required for these tips to keep it from going lean?

Thanks.

I have their 2" tip, 45 degree angle version, with the spark arrestor.  No difference in sound as far as I can tell.  I've no idea if it keeps the heat down.  Machine runs the same as far as I can tell.  Looks nice, though.

Installed one on my CForce 500 HO EPS. 2 inch , 90 degree bend with cone spark arrester. About 22-25 degrees difference when checked out on the trail with harbor freight inferred thermometer. No change in sound, some occasional backfiring. Looks better than OEM.
