2018 800 ex will die when idling and while driving down the road. Starts back up with a little bit of cranking. I am going to change the fuel filter. Any thing I should check<

Check the air idle control valve and the air temp/mss air flow sensor for a coating of oil from your filter. Only clean it with mass air flow cleaner. If all that checks out check the TPS.

I look and can not fine where the air idle control valve and teh air temp/mass air flow sensor are located. And if I need to look father what and where would I find the TPS.

Idle air is on the TB and the airtemp/air flow is center top of the crossover manifold at the "Y". Clearly..you need a manual. I'll PM you with one.
