Your injectors and plugs were fine. The problem is electrical.
"OBD-II Code P0563 is defined as a System Voltage High. The Charging System maintains an ideal vehicle voltage level when the engine is running. If the battery voltage drops below 10 volts, the engine control module (PCM) will set code P0563."
The battery should carry 12.6 or more volts at full charge. If not, replace it. Be sure to test the new battery before use.
Voltage should be between 13.5V and 14.3 volts when running. If low, faulty connections and charging components is suspected.
So, check for clean and tight connections, including grounds. Check the connectors at the regulator and look for any corrosion or melting. Ohm out the stator from the regulator plug. There are YouTube videos on how to test the regulator and stator. Check the connections at the starter solenoid as well.
