2017 zforce 800 ex Crank but not start
« on: April 26, 2022, 08:06:25 PM »
New to the forum.

My 2017 800 ex will crank but not fire.
Was running fine and shut off. Will not start since.

I'm getting codes -

0563
0122
0201
0202
0352

I've replaced plugs, injectors, and battery.

Looking for a wiring diagram so that I can track down power and grounds.

Also any input would be awesome!

Thanks!

All those codes are sensor-related voltage errors both highs and lows. Look for voltage problem in the system like a bad connection, bad stator, bad battery, Bad rectifier/regulator....ect. Here are the error codes and below that I'll also post a link to the wiring diagram:

Your injectors and plugs were fine.  The problem is electrical.

"OBD-II Code P0563 is defined as a System Voltage High. The Charging System maintains an ideal vehicle voltage level when the engine is running. If the battery voltage drops below 10 volts, the engine control module (PCM) will set code P0563."

The battery should carry 12.6 or more volts at full charge. If not, replace it. Be sure to test the new battery before use.

Voltage should be between 13.5V and 14.3 volts when running. If low, faulty connections and charging components is suspected.

So, check for clean and tight connections, including grounds. Check the connectors at the regulator and look for any corrosion or melting. Ohm out the stator from the regulator plug. There are YouTube videos on how to test the regulator and stator. Check the connections at the starter solenoid as well.
