Have a 2015 zforce 800. Won't start doesn't crank. Solenoid does engage. Comes up with trouble code p0562 low system voltage. Tested battery with volt meter battery is good. Checked grounds everything is clean. I can turn the key and hear the start solenoid click in but won't crank. Anyone have any suggestions on what to check next?

You say the battery is good...so what is the battery voltage when the key is turned to the starter position? And what is it with the key just to the ON position? The kill switch on the dash is ON...right..:)

Lol. Nmk you took the words out of my mouth.  When I first got mine, me and my kid were riding and I think she wanted to beep the horn but bumped the kill switch.  I instantly went into WTH??? Mode.

just testing the battery voltage doesn't tell you much. a battery can have 12 volts but have very little cranking amps left. When you test a battery you have to load test it, that is why they sell battery testers that have a coil attached to a switch so you can simulate cranking and engine over while watching what the battery voltage does under load. I do believe you have a bad or severely under charged battery here.

I agree with RedRider and NMKawi.  First check the simple things like the kill switch and such.  But it sounds much more like a bad battery.  You need to test (or have it tested) with LOAD on the battery.
I can imagine a world completely at peace.  A world where there are no weapons, no war, and no violence at all.  And I can imagine us taking over that world because they would never expect it.

Many local auto parts stores can do a load test on a battery.

Battery's good brand new, yes the kill switch is switched to run. The thing has 28 miles on it and is a salvaged machine I bought from insurance. Lady hit a tree broke the winch and the cover and gears in the front transfer case. Also the 2 groups of wires running to the transfer case. When I first got it home started up unloaded off the trailer and drove straight in the garage didn't get a chance to dink around with it for the past few weeks but now it's coming up sometimes with a low voltage code sometimes just a sold error won't flash and give me codes.

Also check the fuse block and wiring.

Also check the fuse block and wiring.

Found the small fuse block under the steering column and also 2 fuses under the driver seat. Are there and other locations. Traced wires can't find any cuts or scrapes of insulation off em where they could be shorting.

Does it start with a boost pack?  Had an issue with mine and it was loose battery connections.

No it does not even crank over with a jump pack.

Sounds like a bad ground or connection somewhere. Weird things happen when things get smashed up.

I'm thinking the main fuse, Does the dash light up?
or starter solenoid, bridge it with the key on.
A quick video of the unit while you key in and try to start would be good.

Trigger...start by jumping the starter direct...power on the stud and then ground the body...if it turns over then work forward to the sol...then the ign switch...then ...and so forth. ///So if it turns by jumping the starter directly , then using the same power source(jump pack) power the terminal going to the starter at the solenoid...tell us what happens then and we'll talk it thru...e-mail if you want :)

Dash lights up. All the fuses I've found are good. Bridged the solenoid and nothing. Tried to jump the starter directly with a jump box and won't turn over.

Might be a different subject but also wondering about shifting from selections park Rev. Etc... does the brake need to be pressed or the button on the shifter need to be pressed? I am able to run the shifter through all the selections with out using the brake or button on the shifter. Wondering if there is a safety sensor that only let's it start in neutral or park that isn't reading?

Will post a video shortly
