There are no 2" bracket lift kits for any CF Moto. People use the RzR 800's and modify them. I don't recommend lifting a Trail as the a-arms are so short it not only destroys what little ride comfort it has but puts the CV joints at or near their maximum angle making them wear faster and break easier.

Any of the 4/110 bolt pettern spacers that are lug-centric, not Hub centric, will fit. Ebay is where I got mine. Try to stay with 1.5" or less to help the wheel bearings and knuckle bushings last as long as possible.

Thank you for the recommendation and insight. Would it be better to just go up a tire size?

I'd say yes. I'll take a little loss of power over increased possibility of catastrophic failure any time, You can always reclock the secondary to make up for most of that anyway. The trail can take 28s with no issues. I run 27s and some extra belly armor

You can go to 28” tires safely with no lift. My wife’s machine is the 800 trail. I also added the Highlifter 2” spring spacers. Rides a bit tougher. But still handles good. She doesn’t drive it like I do though. I tried it it is a little Erie on high speed corners.

Jeff, with the 28's, on your wife's Z8 Trail, did you re-clock the clutch, also?  When it's time I'd like to go up to 28's but don't know if I want to change the spring setting if I don't have to.

I don't intend this post as hostile at all but for my money I would not put wheel spacers on a Trail 800 at all. (And haven't put them on mine)
The very reason for the Trail is to fit in truck boxes and fit on width restricted trails. I have encountered width restricted trails in Utah (Paiute Trails) and in places in British Columbia and if I'd had spacers I would be stopped at the 50" barrier posts while my ATV buddies would be able to carry on.

As to stability many people just look at a trail model and conclude "That's unstable". I can assure you I've been on more way off camber situations, often unexpectedly, and I tell you for a fact that at the very least a Trail model is much more resistant to a side flop than an ATV for instance.

If it's a search for ground clearance and the spacers are to make up for width loss following installing a lift kit, then like NMK says, it's not advised on a Trail.
I did go up a tire size and that worked out well, every half inch helps. :)
