So Iv been blowing my main fuse for my 2017 zforce 800 ex. One of the fuses under the seat in the little box behind the extra battery box. I did some searching and found a burnt relay. I pulled it out and can't figure out what it goes to. Does anyone know where I can figure the relay diagram. I'm not sure if it's the problem, but it's definitely melting as well as my main fuse holder. I really can't think of anything else it could be. I do have a lot of accessories but they are all there own fuse panel with their own fuses and relays, they still work and show now signs of problems. When the fuse blows, all the accessories do cut out for a second but works fine after that. Any thoughts and help? Sorry, I'm not good with explaining or typing.

I'm getting married this month and the rig will be part of the wedding. I'm very excited about it and didn't expect this right before the wedding.

Below is a link to the wiring diagram. Download it. Relays get hot when they exceed their operating amp rating..which is about 20 amps so what even that relay services, has a problem or a short to that service. Also now that the main fuse holder is melting you will need to replace it so use something that can handle far more then it will ever have to..like 40-50 amps and use a 20 amp fuse in it. These MAX fuse and holders is what I and many others have use in the past for things like these.

And don't use crimp connectors to wire it in, solder it and use shrink tubing.

You showed me where the relays where in another topic, I was wondering if you know the order of the relays and what they go to (could save me time reading the diagram you gave me) there are 3 big relays under the frame rail above the glove box. But I can't figure out the diagram to determine which relay this is. There was on that is slightly melted.

Well I found out, that relay that was melted was for the low beams. Iv replaced it and also changed the main fuse holder as you recommended. Hopefully that fixes my problem. Still going to do some searching for a bit. But thanks again for your help!! This forum seems to always help more than anything.

Take a minute and look for a short on the load side of the relay. Something between it and the low beam bulbs is causing it to pull too many amps.
