I'm considering picking up one of these bikes as a commuter but one of my important needs is lockable plastic or aluminum side cases to carry work clothes and additional riding gear. Does anyone make these for the 700 CL-X?

            Saw your post the most common panniers and top boxes fitted to the CLX 700 seem to be from Shad they are quite good quality and in the medium price range at least here in Australia.
Hope this helps. Other Cheaper options from Aliexpress how ever quality is luck of the draw.

Hi Matt, I have a large GIVI topbox which works well. I also have a side bag from CFMoto. It is only 10 litres, and only on the left hand side. The silencer prohibits anything being fitted on the right.
