After 15,000 trouble free miles, I made my first warranty claim. I had been doing the maintenance since I bought the bike in August 2022. I rode my bike to work one night and everything was fine. I came out after my shift and I like to start the bike as I put on my gear. But the bike would not engage the starter. (oh shit I'm stranded). The TFT screen did not boot up, but I could see the warning lights were illuminated and I could hear the fuel pump prime. So on a whim, I got on the bike and pulled the kickstand up, pulled in the clutch and bam!, it started right up. So I had a couple of problems manifest at the same time. Obviously the TFT was toast. The other was the safety switch that detects the kickstand. I took it to the shop and they found those problems. They also found that there was water in my brake fluid (it does get rained on sometimes). While they had it I also had the air filter changes as that kind of looks like a pain the the ass to get to. The only complain was the shop had it for a month processing the claim and their backlog.
All in all, I've been very happy with the bike. I'm on my 2nd set of tires (Michelins)
