If it is at a good spot, than why would you even need to move it. I should have had you do it first, would have saved some frustration.

Why didn't I see that, more than once I have all hit a brick wall when trying to figure something out and called a friend or coworker over to get a different set of eyes on it only to have them come up with the solution instantly,  Cosmosdan came up with a great idea and Coloradocrawler provided a different set of eyes....unfortunately too late to help Cosmosdan but not the rest of us :) Thanks to both of you guys for collectively figuring out the best way to accomplish this mod, what did you guys pay for these boxes on eBay, I also wonder just how many more improvements you guys can come up with on such a small machine.

I think mine was $60 all said. I think you can get the new parts in the $120 range. As more used parts come out, I'm sure the prices will come down.

Thanks, I'll keep an eye on eBay, it will cost me $40 or more for shipping.

On another note, I just installed my 25g sliders and set the secondary at C1 today, I also received the progressive springs for the rear shocks and plan on putting them in tomorrow, as soon as I finish it up I want to get out on the trails and try everything out.

Vman,

Let me know how you like the C1 setting. I am also running C1 but with 23 gram sliders. But I do live at 5,000 ft and spend most of the time riding above 9,000.
I found my glove box on eBay as well. The guy I bought it from seems to have several machines that he's parting out. You might want to surf a little bit under a Z6 or Z6 parts and see if you can find a contact for him send him an email he's great to work with.
