If you can take some pictures of the lift and what you had to do, that would be very helpful. I also cranked the springs up and now I can clear things better. The ride is pretty rough now.

yes it does ride a little rough but its better than banging off everything lol its the same lift as pictured I just had to grind down the back side of the plates in the corners, they come with a chamfer in the back but they didn't take enough out along the sides so they wouldn't slide up enough to get the bolt through

I have been told this lift kit fits both the z6 and the z8 but I have not tried it myself.  I have seen pics of it installed on a z6.

I looked at the rzr lifts and didn't think they would fit right, not without a lot of modding. They don't show the cutouts so it's hard to tell. The rzr's shocks eyelets are wider than the cfmoto's so you would have to trim the spacers for sure. Post up a pic if you can find one. I wouldn't dare go with a 3" lift, too much angle on the cv shafts. I did see they had a 2" and that might be worth a shot.

I don't know if anyone on here has used it or not. If they have I hope they would weigh in. I've seen photos of machines with the rzr lift from amazon on it but not in person. So all I can say is it will fit on there. I don't know about performance or what it does to the cv axle angle. One thing is for sure if you use it your going to want to check and make sure your axles aren't binding. There are several videos on you tube about how to do that its pretty simple just jack it up and spin the tire make sure it is moving freely through the whole range of its travel.

I put the amazon rzr lift on my z6 which is a non ex model and it doesn't fit as well as the pics of the ex model ive seen I had to trim the back lift pieces a little and grind just a hair off the spacers but it did work although if I had it to do again I would find something else the front wheels the lift worked fine

Did you go with the 2 or 3" lift and how did the axles look; any pictures you could post? Really would to do a lift on mine

If it were me, I'd wait for a properly developed lift for the Z series SxS. We've seen plenty of mods (exhaust, doors, windshields, etc) showing up overseas, where CFMoto has a much better representation than here in the US, so it's just a matter of time until it shows up on our shores. You gotta love the American ingenuity that many of our riders possess, but unless you really NEED that extra 2-3", I'd just wait it out.

Here is a link to the 3 inch kit i have used it got me about 2.25 inches of ground clearance but i only have one ride on it. No problems yet but I am concerned about the angle of the cv axles. I did the test to see if they are binding and they are not but i'm still concerned. more to come. heres a link to the kit i used they also have a 2 inch kit

I almost forgot i did have to modify the lift on the back tires i cut about .5 inch off each side to make it narrower you can see that in the pics
