Hi all

Anyone has try with another brand/model oil filter than the OEM? (P/N CF188-011300 or 0180-011300) these P/Ns are the ones for Engine CF196S Installed on Z-6 / 625-3 / 625-6.

If so please advise

I just did an oil/filter change last week used a (Hiflofiltro oil filter HF682 from the information I found here) worked great and a lot cheaper. 

Will look for the HF682, hope I could get one here at Bolivia

That would be amazing!!! Get our Russian friends to make one!!

For the remote spin on you would need a lathe and maybe a mill to do a proper job. I know the z8 uses the same filter as can-am. As of right now I don't know what would work design wise. I do have the resources to do this though.  The z6 would be simple but I think it's fine as is. Maybe we should start a new trend on this topic.

I used a Nissan Filter P/N 15208-65F0A (10 USD) and Motul 4T 15W-50

I really like that color and the cage! Love to add those back bars to mine.

those bars would be much better than the unused spare tire rack
