Secondarys are right hand threaded so from the 12 O'clock position to the right is tightening and toward the left is loosening..ie righty-tighty, lefty-loosy. The first time I took mine off it took an impact with over 700ftlbs of torque and a special spanner to hold it to break it loose. It was rusted with thread-lock from hell..and it was only 6 months old.

Soak it with PB spray or liquid wrench.. not WD40 over night. The apply heat with a propane torch to the nut only just before trying to loosen it. Have the spanner in place while heating. Don't give up...I almost did. I even bought a 1000ftlb air impact, cranked my compressor up to 150psi and did all this...and finally it gave in. Once it does, a dab of grease on the end and threads will stop this from ever happening again. And they are torqued to 82ftlbs. I broke two breaker bars with 3-foot cheater pipes-one was a Craftsman, before using the impact. IT WILL COME! I built my own spanner but these tools, some PB spray soaked for two days and some heat got mine.
