My 2014 Z6 came with only one seat...I'm working on getting the missing seat back but no luck so far and am trying to find a backup plan.

Getting the missing seat off eBay is like $200...which I think is more than these things are work.  I've read that RZR seats are too wide...I can buy a pair locally for $100 though.  Can anyone confirm the width issue?

Has anyone tried using generic poly buggy/race buckets?

I know only that for the 15+ Z8s, the Polaris seats require modification to back cab plasitcs to use..meaning they have to be cut out or re-molded with heat. I am told...that although a hair wider, seats for the Can Am X3s will bolt right onto the base plates with no issues...and least not enough to mention. A set of take-offs can be found on ebay for pretty cheap. Will they also fit the Z6?...I just don't know..but I would almost bet they fit better then the Polaris seats.

I don't have the baseplate either, unfortunately.  It's probably going to end up being more reasonable to just spend the $200 on a CFMoto seat...

You can still get the seat base for about 75 bucks but you will also need the other base parts. I see a complete new seat is just over 500 bucks..Ouch! F'-that.

yep I'm hoping I can just find the missing seat.  A local independent shop had this thing in for service...the guy I bought it from said they had it over a year and couldn't find out what was wrong and ultimately he left on bad terms and didn't collect his seat or a couple of panels.  There's currently one on eBay for $175 shipped.  I just hate spending that on such a simple little seat...

I know this reply is a bit "late to the party" but I tried one of my RZR seats on the 2013 z6 and it indeed is too big.  Front pegs don't fully slot into the brackets and the lock hole is not in line with the rod on the frame.  Good luck in finding a seat though.

NOT TO GET OFF TRACK but….. I was wondering since you own a RZR and a Z6 I’m looking to replace my bottom seat cover because it is torn and the only (vinyl) covers I could find is for the  RZR replacements
eBay has them for $45- $60 but I’m not sure they will fit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
