Yea I told my wife I needed better tires now; she just looked at her car (I'm thinking that was a Okay but I could be wrong).. ;)

I did notice your brake lines didn't run like mine..

Looks good let me know if you break an axle or anything else goes wrong and I'll do the same all good for now

Will do put around 15 rough miles on it last night with no problems yet (knock on wood); may need to do a little alignment adjustment to the front they seem to toe in a bit on top

I just ordered this lift kit, I will install it when it arrives and update on how I make out.

Update the lift is working out great so far. The tires are also lol. I am not rubbing places i used to get high centered on. Made a new skid plate today hopefully it will hold up better than the old ABS plastic one

@Mayor Hal Did you see the pics on page one? I'm not sure what other pic you would want there is a couple different sets of pics one of the front the other of the back. This works on the z6 I'm not sure about your z8. let me know if you need anything else

put a couple hundred miles on the lift this weekend in 4x4 on rocks and steep hills some mud. I did notice a little power loss i will try to adjust the clutch for that. but no problems with the axles which is what I was worried about

How do you adjust the clutch? I also have the 2.5, 3in lift.

There is a link to a good YouTube video here somewhere. You will need spanner wrenches to hold them to tighten them up right. And the right sockets. Sometimes the secondary nut gets rust on it and you will need to get a impact on it.
