Ok I have a cf moto zforce 600 when I remove my primary an go to pull the secondary it hits the frame how do u get it off?

On my 800 it hits a harness that runs on that frame that I move out of the way, then it hits the frame but I can angle it with a little "English and choice words" and it comes off.

Mine does the same and it's very shy of coming off even with angling it

The first time I had to remove all the plastic in the way to get an impact in there. Now I can just use a holder and lage ratchet.

The nuts not the problem I get it off fine it's when you're pulling it out it hits the frame like it needs to be notched. Even angleing it anyway still can't get it out.

Wow that seems odd. Can you take a picture please. I remember a bit of the frame was close but not having too hard of a time getting mine out.

My brother had a 600 and I set the clutch on his, had a heck of a time getting the
Clutch out, finally had to take the motor mounts loose and shift the motor over to one side
to remove the clutch.

Mine is very tight.  I learned a trick with some previous SxS's that I have had.  If you take a ratchet strap and pull the motor to the passenger side from the roll cage up in the "A pillar" area it gives you enough room to get it out easier.  Takes like 30 seconds to set up and do if you have the ratchet strap handy and it saves you a ton of frustration.

Correct.  They are rubber and I just flex them a bit.

It depends on the ratchet strap but I have hooked around the exhaust stud on the front cylinder and also in the CVT housing.  The other end I usually go up around the A pillar of the roll cage
