I found this one. It is listed for a cfmoto spin on oil filter. When I cross this filter, it matches with other brands for the Suzuki Grand Vitara. Wix 57530 is a match as far as I can tell. Wix makes a great filter and I will have to look into this.

I my not change the oil until the spring. They list the oem filter number right on it, so it should be fine.
