how's it going guys?

so my 2013 zforce 600 needs a new engine mine is done with no rebuild possible. my question to everyone is has anyone looked in to putting a different engine in it such as a Polaris razor engine or something. I did see one video on youtube that someone replaced his Z8 with a 1400cc engine. was wondering all of your thoughts

If you have good fab skills than its doable. Make sure you get a good donor machine for the wiring and such. It will take a lot of time and effort to get done. Not for the faint of heart. How bad is the engine you have?

Yeah anything is do-able if all it takes are available. Knowing what all that is in advance sometimes is the trick. You can buy a complete create engine from CFM though.

Just did some rough checking and the x6 engine has the same case. I think if you could find one, might an option. If you don't want 4wd. That will make it easier. Drop on a bike engine, you could lay down rubber for a block. I personally would not put a lot of money into the z6 chassis. The rear suspension geometry is all off, limiting travel and there is not that much ground clearance. I would just make it rideable.

I haven't ripped it apart to see what exactly happened yet but it seems like connecting rod broke and punched a hole right through the rear of the engine. machine just turned off and oil all over the place. I wasn't riding it at the time so I'm not sure if it made any noises or what right now I pretty much just know the engine is done. everything else seems fine on the machine though. right now I'm just trying to find the cheapest option to get it running again.
I found one website that sells all the parts for the machines and it was quoting like $3600 for a new engine so I'm trying to review options if its even worth sticking the same engine in it, possibly something bigger like a 800 or 900 rzr engine or I have also looked at like a R1 1000cc engine. 

ive seen some video's of people putting R1 engines in Yamaha Rhinos or Apex in a Rzr but haven't really found anything on someone swapping a Z6 or Z8 model. I don't really need the 4x4 I mostly use it in 2 wheel drive anyways because I like to whip it around. has anyone dropped a bike engine in there's yet?

You might be better off just parting it out and getting something new.
