I have had this side by side for just over a week Now bought it at Thompson Motorsports in Terre Haute IN. well I thought my starter had went out so I put a New one on does same thing you turn Key starter just spins what else could it be besides starter would appreciate any help I can get thank you

If the starter motor just spins but the engine does not turn over, look to the oneway starter spragg or drive gear.

I changed flywheel and starter put all back together turn key starter still just spins

The flywheel is not what NMK is referring to, can you provide some more detail as to what you replace.

I believe in this image they call it an Over Riding Clutch.

There are a couple of other gears in that same card that may possibly be damaged such as missing teeth.

Is it possible that you flipped item #2 the clutch, is so that will cause your issue.

All gears were matched up before we put back together

oh your meaning the one way bearing I will try flipping that over

It's easy to check, hopefully you do not have it all back to together.

It was the one way bearing I took it out of package it was already together but bearing was in wrong i'm back together now running good thank you
