If with the linkage disconnected it will not by manually moving the lever on the transmission, the problem is with the barrow or fork installation..or maybe just the detent mechanism. Otherwise it's a shifter problem. After the bottom-end assembly did you check it's function?

I reopened the engine I have the impression that the problem is due to the fork spring which is too soft

Update

I had the gears manually engaged to see where the problem is.

On several occasions when I change a speed the teeth of the gear embarks to put it in speed and then by turning it comes out of the gear.

What would be the problem? Springs too soft?

Thanks for your help

Bent shifter forks are a common problem preventing complete shifting. Also if it has come out of gear under power it will round the dogs and cause tapering which will cause it to thrust back out under load. Need to see if the shifter shifts it into a position completely and if so, is there anything but uniformly flat contact surfaces between the two. If both of these check out look for a problem with the shifter barrow or detent or one of the shafts and their bearings. Double check all your thrusts are in the correct place as well.
