To be clear, there is never any vacuum in the crankcase. It will only have an amount of pressure...(actually it better not ever have pressure on it, just out-gassing).. from what gets by the rings during compression and detonation. The only vacuum will be between the intake valves..well..the piston.. and the throttle body's butterfly plate. If your gauge is sensitive enough, you might also detect a hint on the air box near WOT and above 5K if you still have the stock intake pipe installed....and especially the prefilter bag over the end..dirty.
