is there a fuse box on a 2016 cforce 400s in the electrical schematic diagram there is one but where is it located cause my brake light and usb and cigarette lighter does not work?

Under the front rack, remove the plastic cover, fuses in small black box on right upper corner, relays across the middle. Mark the relay cover before you pull it off so you don't install backwards and have to second guess later.

did you check under the "hood" compartment under front rack? if i remember right i saw it there...
