So, I've got this ATV, and this winter I can say is pretty cold for my country, Romania.

The problem is when I want to start it does this: I press the electric start and starts to roll a bit and after stops and makes a weird noise inside, after some tries the EFI icon popped out, is the Injector bad or something? I've got 500km on it and it works fine after it starts.

Is it normal, have you guys experienced this?

I think it might just be a weak battery.

It shows me that the power that exits has 12,5v that should be good for a battery, I think that has bad injector or something, I try to change the fuel too.

What's the voltage while cranking?

Yes. It shouldn't fall below 11.5. But it also may not be the battery. If the starter is dragging or has an issue that makes it pull more amps, it will pull the battery down farther and faster. Otherwise I would consider having that battery tested.

Should I hook up a jumper to it from the car to see if it starts and if so to call my dealer for any solves on it?

If you jump any ATV, don't have the other one running. It can cook the ecm of the ATV being jumped.

Now there's 0 degrees outside, and starts but what should I do in the winter, when it's -20 degrees? Can't take my car out of the garage 3 hours or so just to start up my ATV. The dealer said that there's many complains on this problem. Can I warm it up in any other way? Btw thanks for the help.

I haven't tried it yet, but they make in-line coolant heaters. You plug it in and it heats the coolant up. Should help start it when it's very cold

Atv Sweden sells a engine block heater

That's a nice heater. Is it 220v in Sweden? Not sure is the US guys can make that work, but euro members might have it made.

I don't have this kind of things in Romania, but I want to say that the ATV starts even at -20 degrees but makes a wierd noise inside when I stop pressing the start button. Should I worry about it or still crank untill it starts? Does it damage the engine? I will make a recording of that noise if you want.
