And that your dealer is an Authorised dealer of CFMOTO naming them, but could be over booked and opt to have these issues dealt with at a later time? So contacted my dealer and advised of the response and to check their email system, now they are saying they didn't have an issue with cfmoto dealing with these problems through warranty and that THEY (dealer ) are recommending that the ATV be driven up to 500kms before THEY (dealer) re-evaluate?

They've confused the crap out of me!

Well my response was if it's strongly recommended by the manufacturer to have these issues rectified asap even though it's at 140kms on the clock why you delaying?
So I pressed them and now their like we will talk it over with CFMOTO again and update you.

So that's where I'm at now thanks for all your input guys ...

Well it should all be fixed without delay and all under warranty just as CFM stated to your dealer. It looks like your dealer is the issue and needs things explained to them... in a different way... by CFM.

So true guys, dealers are the salesman in the face of the buyers are certainly come across as bias when it comes to certain brands I suppose, it seems to be a blame game they first blame the brand maker then when pressed blame you for misunderstanding ridiculous, I mean I've dealt with these guys before for my Honda cbr 1000rr and always came across as genuine blokes but gotta say when it comes to the cfmoto they seem not to be as enthusiastic go figure!!!

Definitely looking like the dealers make or break a brand...

It's sad though...
