Zforce lift kit
« on: February 07, 2020, 01:17:50 AM »
Hi, I am thinking of making this https://www.superatv.com/cfmoto-zforce-1000-2-5-lift-kit
lift kit by myself as I am located in Europe it's really expensive to ship. Do any of you have dimensions? From my understanding its 2,5 inch tall, the inner diameter is the same as the suspension shaft and outer diameter on is similar to upper ring.

No one recommends using the spring spacer lift kits anymore and they just kill the ride quality. If you must lift your machine, use a bracket-type lift. Many use one made for the Polaris RzR 800 and adapt it to the ZForce. This is one:

It should be noted that the rear brackets have to go on the top....so I've been told.

I see. Thank you for giving this info.  By rear on top you mean it must go on top mount of the rear spring?

Yes. It's said that moving the lower shock mount point causes some shocks to make contact with the wheel/rim.

Do you think this kit would be fine for this modification? Only one providing shipping to my country at normal price.

I have this same kit, except 3", on my Z1000 and it has been great. Same seller, only I purchased on Amazon. No problems other than some clearance issues on the lower rear shocks but I solved it.  I did bolt the rear brackets up top and drilled a hole in all four sets and added a bolt for strength.  I had to reposition my ebrake cable a bit, and cut the corner off part of the rear A arms but nothing structural, just a piece sticking out a little far.  You'll see what I mean.  Front brackets just needed the extra little 'feet' cut off them and they fit perfect on the arms.  I'm happy with the lift and it has given me the clearance I needed/wanted.

Made me wan't to do 3inch but already bought the 2inch. So will try with that.
I also found some Russian made lift kits, might buy snorkel or radiator lift from them.
