I would strongly suggest you try & maintain your good relationship with your dealer. Keep it factually & on point to get the issue resolved. Fluids as much as I disagree you are probably doomed, it's very clear everywhere.

If it gets to a point where you feel you need to involve the distributor & the manufacturer you will just further antagonize yourself. You will find they do not share your concerns about how they do business.

Weird, when my dealer did this repair on mine I didn't have to pay a single cent for anything, fluids were included in the repair (as they should be for this sort of thing).  My dealer has always treated me very well though.  When I took it in for its first service (right after break-in), they DID charge me for all fluids, but didn't charge me for the few hours labour they had into it.  This was negotiated as part of the deal though.  Hope you get it sorted out man, mine has been great ever since!

I've crawled underneath and pulled off the skidplate protecting the drain bolts and cleaned everything up well and put it back together. I'm going to put a few kms on it and keep an eye on it. It's possible it was residual but I'm just surprised the tech didn't wipe it down before putting it back together. I guess only time will tell if it's still leaking.

As for my dealer, I am generally happy with them except for this one incidence. Hopefully going forward things get better. I know these are difficult times with corona, etc.

If this gasket is indeed still leaking and I get stuck with fluid costs yet again, I'll deal with it then.
