Does your ignition freeze up on any of you guys if you leave the bike out in the cold? Mine does even with the cover on it. I put some heat to it and still couldn't get it to free up. Nice to have a bike that you can't start or keep running in the cold weather. I've called me dealer twice now and have yet to get a return phone call.
How about a replacement ignition? Anyone put a decent one on? My Kodiak sits outside all year round and I never have a problem with it.

Just got some water in it probably. Heat it up on the back side then near fill it with electrical contact cleaner and hit it again with the heat gun. That should take the water out of it. Hopefully the contacts aren't damaged.

Put some rubbing alcohol in it. It will melt the ice. Then give it a shot of water disbursement 40 (WD 40). 👍

So it wasn't frozen. The very outside cover was bound up a bit. The little cover that's in the key hole was caught on the lip of the out ring if that makes any sense. All good now.
