I have a z force 1000 that has a constant crackling noise in the front while driving. The oil in the front diff looks fine. Someone that have had the same problem or know what it might be?

Not familiar whit the z force, but i would try to lift it up and check cv joints. Does it make the sound also in 2wd?

Yeah check the CV joints but also check the u-joints on the front drive line. Some have had issues with them and the carrier bearings going bad prematurely. 

Did you ever figure this one out ?  I believe I have the same issue in a 2023.
