I made some rudimentary ones with some old mudflaps from my fuel tanker trailers... double sided tape for the smaller openings and some screws for the larger opening...

I did the same thing with truck mudflaps, except for the door piece.  Yours look a lot better than mine though, mine don't come clean very well and they were a quick job so not fancy.  I like the lower door being open so I made some mudflaps for the front wheels out of the same stuff.  They work great and keep out 90% of the mud and water that was coming in, even with that big opening.

The door inserts i ordered from a Canadian Co. ( Rayco Enterprises ) are supposed to be here today or tomorrow. I paid $ 150.00 US for both sides, both front and rear openings. I will let ya'll know and take some pics when I get them.

I ordered my half windshield from him... price was good... shipping took a bit to get started but was quick once it was shipped.

I might do the same.. i find it gets quite hot in the cab now without the airflow from the openings...

I installed the door inserts from Rayco it was quick and easy and they seem to be a good product a slight size variation but could be from frame construction as well I will try and post some pics but I seem to be having trouble doing that.

I just ordered door inserts from enterprisesrayco.com.  Total cost shipped to Montana was right at $183.00 U.S. dollars. (paypal fees not included which were about $9.00, I think) I understand that it takes a couple of weeks to get them, so I'll let you know how they are after installation.
