diff lock operation

While my front diff is apart I figured I would take a quick video to show how it operates, very quick and amateur. But if you are ever wondering, it's pretty simple.

Here's a photo of the 4wd actuator removed showing the little gear on the actuator and the corresponding toothed block in the diff that moves the locking mechanism

Awesome & Tx's for posting! It is pretty simple until you look @ the wiring diagram & try to figure that out  :)

Looking at that wiring diagram makes my head hurt.

lol, yes. mechanical operation pretty simple. I did not get into the wiring... fortunately mine works so I haven't had to go down that rabbit hole yet.
