Kurt that's genius! I'll have to look at mine to see if I can do the same thing. I have the 500HO so I'm not sure if the suspension is set up the same way. If it is I have a couple questions. Are you in the US and would you be interested in making the front brackets for me? (Yes I will pay you) And with the 1.5" lift can you now fit a 30" tire?

I am in Canada, I've been super busy with with moving to a larger shop at work and moving into a new house myself at the same time. But as soon as I get a chance I'll post the dimentions of the brackets, hopefully sometime this week.

That would be awesome. I'm sure I can find someone to cut them. Mine is still in the shop waiting on the EPS to be fixed. So I still haven't checked to see if I can rotate the rear hubs. But I'm definitely going to have a look at it. We ride 2 up all the time. I hope your move is going well. Marry Christmas and a happy new year!

Is it causing damage to the cv joint?

Looked at my rear hubs today. Looks like flipping them will give me about 1.25" lift. (I couldn't get accurate measurements and didn't want to take the wheel off yet) I still don't know what you mean by "getting nasty". It will put the CV joint closer to the ground but I have skid plates on my a arms so I'm not terribly concerned about that. I'm just concerned about the angle on the CV joints causing damage to the joint. Another thought was doing the same bracket spacer trick you did on the front. But wouldn't that put the CV joints at the same angle? Any thoughts?

So I had to replace a bad wheel bearing. I thought it would be the perfect time to flip the hubs. I replaced the left side rear bearing and flipped the hub. Everything looked good. Had about 3/8" clearance. But thanks to the fine Chinese exacting standards it didn't work for the right side. When I flipped the right side the cv boot didn't have 3/8" clearance like the other side. In fact it's was rubbing on the lower A arm. And when I tried to put the wheel on, it was rubbing on the upper A arm. After carefully looking at both sides it's apparent that the brackets aren't welded on correctly. So I ended up double doing everything and flipping them back to stock.
 
I'm starting to be convinced I got some kinda lemon or reject. I mean what other kinda crap, slap together shit am I going to find? This is getting old fast! That $6000 price tag doesn't look as good as it once did.

I don't believe the two sides are symmetrical, so I would expect them to look and assemble differently.

The hubs look the same. But you're right, the A arms defiantly aren't.

I've put 340kms on mine now since doing the lift and other then replacing 2 CV boots with softer more flexible universal ones it's been totally fine, and I bash it pretty hard lol   Maybe I got lucky. This summer I'm going to start playing with tire size and clutching

Can you reoppload the pictures of the lift kitt on the front. Because for some reason When i try open them half the picture are black ore some Otter wird color
